The Runners'
Evaluation Program
Jason started working at Concorde in June of 1998 following the completion of his Bachelors Degree in Sports Medicine at Ohio Northern University.  He also completed his Masters degree in Education from Ashland University in 2004 and is a partner in  Concorde Therapy Group.  Over the past 21 years at Concorde, Jason has taken a special interest in the evaluation, treatment, and management of runners and running injuries.  Jason has joined Mark in screening thousands of runners in his time with Concorde, and has lectured to various running groups on injury recognition, prevention and proper shoe selection. Jason is also a recreational runner and competes in numerous road races and sprint distance triathlons throughout the year.
Mark Mottice, MS, PT, is a physical therapist with over 36 years of experience dealing with problems in runners at all competitive levels.  He graduated from The University of Alabama with his Master's degree in 1982 and is a partner in  Concorde Therapy Group.  Mark's expertise lies in biomechanical lower extremity evaluation and overuse injuries, with extensive experience in the foot & ankle and orthotic assessment/custom fabrication. He has screened thousands of runners and has lectured to various running groups on injury recognition, prevention and proper shoe selection.  Mark has worked extensively with Coach Jack Hazen from Malone College and has annually screens runners from over 12 local high schools for both track and cross country.  He is a recreational runner himself and his challenge is to keep you running, while addressing the cause of your problem with appropriate recommendations.
